Accounting Associate: Pay invoices from vendors.  Track quantities and discrepancies.  Assist other A/P associate.  Maintain records, enter information into system.  Must have some higher education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.  2 years A/P experience required.  Free parking and excellent health benefits available.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Authorization Representative: Verify clients’ information, make outgoing and take incoming calls to answer any questions.  Update client files, follow up on pending orders.  Must be outgoing, well spoken, professional.  Bachelor’s degree and some medical experience preferred.  Excellent opportunity with growing company that promotes from within!

Receptionist: Answer and direct incoming calls.  Greet incoming visitors, sort and distribute mail, order supplies.  Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office, 1+ years of office support or receptionist experience.  $12/hr.

Account Representative: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, take orders, and enter into system.  Report any issues to other departments and transfer phone calls.  Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.  Bachelor’s degree required, as well as some call center or heavy phone experience.  Must be professional and well spoken.  Excellent opportunity with growing company!

Bilingual Technical Support Representative:  Handle inbound calls from clients and assist with technical questions.  Must be fluent in Spanish.  Flexibility to work later shifts or weekend shifts is a big plus.  Bachelor's degree is also a plus, but extensive experience in customer service will be considered also.  Salary commensurate with experience!  Great opportunity with a growing company!
